Technology: Food tech

Ingredients -

• Onion (1 small onion)
• Mince (Ground beef)                       
• Mixed vegetables 
• Flour (1 Tbsp)
• Spices 
• Rice

1. Dice the onion
2. Add the mince
3. Add the mixed vegetables
4. Add 1 Tbsp of Flour, mixed in with spices
5. Serve it with Rice
6. Clean up
