Technology: Food Tech

Vegetable Patties:

Ingredients

• Canned beans 
• Carrots 
• Mixed vegetables 
• Onions 
• Oil
• Bread (For serving on)
• Tomato sauce or any sauce of your preference 
• Bread crumbs
• Wheatbix crumbs

Steps

1. Mash the beans until they reach a doughy consistency
2. Mix the vegetables into the bean dough until it's thickened
3. Add bread crumbs to make it less moist
4. Roll in wheatbix crumbs and flatten the dough into patties
5. Fry with oil 
6. Serve with Sauce and bread 
   
   

Technology: Food tech

Ingredients -

• Onion (1 small onion)
• Mince (Ground beef)                       
• Mixed vegetables 
• Flour (1 Tbsp)
• Spices 
• Rice

1. Dice the onion
2. Add the mince
3. Add the mixed vegetables
4. Add 1 Tbsp of Flour, mixed in with spices
5. Serve it with Rice
6. Clean up
